This postcard motivated me to listen again to a Japan-Podcast and i really liked the Just Japan Podcast, from Kevin O’Shea, which was new to me, but it is really well done – check it out at http://justjapan.libsyn.com.
And in one of the episodes there was a cool interview with the Greg Lane, one of the two founders of tokyocheapo.com a very cool website which shows – what is also my experience – that Tokyo does not have to be that expensive at all, but of course you should rather enjoy local living, food and materials, rather then the imported stuff…
